Live BDSM body music meets contemporary performance art with 2 Pigs under 1 Umbrella + support from GÆRALD and Tammy Reynolds

Looking for that dark sexy sound? Be a slave to the rhythm and follow Vienna’s 2 Pigs Under 1 Umbrella into their bizarre, animalistic world. Rough electronic meet haunting, distorted, vocals to set the mood for a BDSM inspired live show, where the lines between art and life, pleasure and pain, madness and sanity will be blurred as well as explored. Get lost in this enticing world of pink latex, dark desires, exhibitionist body music and pleasure techno.  This performance will be supported by local artists who will create new live-art performances through a workshop process with the band.

GÆRALD (aka Gerald Kurdian) (DJ Set + Live)

GÆRALD mixes and shapes sounds using laptop, samplers and vocoders, raising chants for the queer utopia to come. Their performances blend dark, ambient and post-punk techno.

Tammy Reynolds 

Tammy Reynolds is a reluctantly London-based performance artist. They’re a dwarf and queer and use their alter-ego, Midgitte Bardot “to fuck about”. Tammy’s work explores the intersections of their identity as a queer dwarf, in particular how dwarf bodies and in turn other ‘freaks’ exist in spaces built without them in mind, or to actively exclude.

ACCESS

SOUP is an art and music venue spread over a number of floors. All floors are wheelchair accessible via a lift. This show will take place in the basement and will contain loud noise and flashing lights.
